✔ Download the leave request form here: https://learn.ecubed-dbe.org/22bt.
✔ For emergency leave: Let your immediate manager know as soon as possible. On the day you return, complete and submit the leave form.
✔ For planned leave: Let your manager know in advance, complete the leave form, and submit it to the School Admin or responsible manager.
✔ Your mentor and principal must sign the leave form before it is approved.
