Steps to Follow When Reporting Challenges or Issues πŸ“‹βœοΈ

If you’re facing a challenge, follow these steps to get it sorted. If the issue isn’t resolved within 7 working days, move to the next step.

πŸ”Ή Step 1: Speak to your school principal, mentor, or the finance/admin office about your issue. Give them 7 days to investigate.

πŸ”Ή Step 2: If the issue isn’t resolved, escalate it to the Circuit Office or District Coordinator.
