Education Assistants (EAs):
✔ Reading Champions – Passed English at Matric level (minimum 40%). Passion for reading.
✔ E-Cadres (ICT Assistants) – Passed IT at Matric level (minimum 40%) OR has an IT qualification/certificate.
✔ Curriculum Assistants – Passed Matric with at least 40% in the subject they will support. Must be fluent in the school’s Language of Learning and Teaching (LoLT).
✔ Care & Support Assistants (CSA) – Passed Matric. A qualification in Social Services, Child & Youth Care Work, or Psychology is an advantage.
✔ Laboratory Assistants – Passed Physical Sciences at Matric level.
✔ Workshop Assistants – Passed Engineering subjects at Matric level (preferably from a Technical High School).
General School Assistants (GSAs):
✔ Sports & Enrichment Assistants (SEA) – No Matric needed. Must have a passion for sports, arts, or culture. Experience in coaching or creative activities is an advantage.
✔ Handymen/Women – No Matric needed. A trade certificate OR experience in infrastructure maintenance or repairs is an advantage.
